We write the menu in both languages by hand, and every dish carries its allergens, with a filter for guests who cannot eat something. In Spain, every dish needs its 14 EU allergens available to guests (Regulation EU 1169/2011). We mark them dish by dish, and you change them from your phone.

A Tuesday at your place.
An ordinary day at an example venue. The screens come from the demo panel, not from a client.

The octopus runs out. You mark it sold out with one tap. On the guests' menu it shows as sold out, and tomorrow it comes back by itself.

Table 7 scans the QR and orders two coffees and a toast. The order appears on the bar screen with a sound alert.

A group of eight asks for a table on Saturday. It arrives in your panel as a request and you confirm it with one tap.

You change the set menu from your phone. The specials board clears itself at midnight.

They carry on. The QR is for guests who want to order without waiting, and from the table they can also call a waiter or ask for the bill.

Stay there. They bring traffic. This adds a second channel of your own: bookings and orders that come through your own link and QR codes land straight in your calendar and on your bar screen.

You can switch table ordering off with one tap, the paper menu still works, and we check the system every 5 minutes.

Do we need a website?
No. Your menu has its own link and QR code, and with Carta so do bookings, so you can share them on Google, Instagram or WhatsApp. A website is an optional add-on with any plan: €100 set-up with a 12-month minimum, or €300 set-up and month to month (in Costa Rica, US$120 with 12 months or US$360 with no minimum). We design it for you, on a domain in your name, and we pay the first year of the domain. The text, photos and menu are yours, and if you leave, you take the whole site with you.
Can we deal with you in English?
Yes. We set everything up for you and talk to you in English or Spanish. We reply the same business day, Monday to Friday.
Does it replace my POS? Can guests pay at the table?
No. OnePDA is not a POS and does not take payment at the table. A table order arrives on the bar screen and on your phone, and you keep taking payment the way you do today.
Do guests need an app for the QR code menu?
No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and the menu opens in the browser, always showing today's version.
Can the menu show allergens and work in English and Spanish?
Yes. We write the menu in both languages by hand, every dish carries its allergens, and guests can filter out what they cannot eat. In Spain the 14 EU allergens must be available to guests (Regulation EU 1169/2011). Crecer adds a third language.
Is there a minimum term, and what is the launch price?
In Spain there is no set-up fee and no minimum term on any plan: it is month to month and you can cancel any time. Only the optional website has terms: €100 set-up with 12 months, or €300 set-up and month to month. The launch price (Carta €15, Crecer €39 a month) is for the first 10 venues while they stay subscribed; after that, €29 and €49. Costa Rica works the same way in US dollars: Carta US$15 and Crecer US$39, then US$29 and US$49, and the website at US$120 with 12 months or US$360 with no minimum.
How do I pay in Costa Rica, and are taxes added?
In US dollars, by card or SINPE. No tax is added to the prices shown.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 30 days on every plan, in Spain and Costa Rica. We ask for a card at sign-up and charge nothing until the 30 days end. We also show you a proposal with your photos at no cost.
